I tried to rate a ticket, but got a "No Such Token" error

Nick Lamb -

A "No Such Token" error when trying to fill out a satisfaction survey occurs from either of the following:

  • Time, the link that is shared with an end-user will only work for approximately 72 hours after being sent.
  • Usage, the link that is shared with an end-user can only be clicked on once. If they click on it and rate the ticket, it will expire. If they click on it and don’t rate the ticket, it will expire. If someone else (perhaps an admin or an agent) received the same link and clicked on it, the token will expire.

You can login to the Clustrix support system directly to rate tickets after either of these conditions has occurred.

You can read more about this on Zendesk's support forums No Such Token page.
